Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship to and what are the delivery times?

• Mainland Portugal and Spain: Delivery within 4 business days.
• Madeira and Azores Islands: Delivery within 6 business days.
• Rest of Europe: Delivery within 9 business days, depending on the destination country.

Can delivery times be delayed?

Yes, during holiday seasons or in case of issues with the shipping companies, delivery times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify the customer.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in the same condition as it was received—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be previously approved by our team. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect it carefully. If the product is damaged or if there is any problem, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. If the refund takes more than 15 business days, contact us via email: geral@stautt.com.

14-Day Reflection Period

In accordance with European Union legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receiving the product, without the need for justification. The product must be in the same condition as it was received—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Note: Stautt does not accept product exchanges or returns of items without defects or damage. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Our return and exchange policy may be adjusted without prior notice.
